Voter Registration at Pleasant Grove Cinco de Mayo

VDRs needed for two shifts to educate and register voters at Pleasant Grove Unidos Cinco de Mayo festival. Click on "register" to be redirected to the volunteering page, where you can sign up.

Join us for a family friendly event for all. Pleasant Grove Unidos and River Ranch at Texas Horse Park have partnered to bring a community festival celebrating the rich Mexican cultural heritage of our community. There will be vendors, local organizations sharing resources, artisans, entertainment from local artists, and food trucks. Juanita Arevalo from Pleasant Grove Unidos said they had a similar festival in December, with about 300 attendees. Most are Spanish speakers. She said there will be no political candidates participating. The Cinco de Mayo Festival is supported in part by the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture. Set up is 10 am to 11:30 pm.
