DESCRIPTION: <p>Calling all volunteers to deliver Voters Guides and rack cards (formerl
 y known as bookmarks) across Dallas County.&nbsp;&nbsp;We will distribute 
 the materials to you on Thursday October 8 and you will have until Friday,
  October 16 (the Friday before the first day of Early Voting) to complete 
 your deliveries.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Sign up:</p><ul><li>Registering for a 
 time slot gives us a way to communicate with you.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>The 
 time slots will also help us ensure we have enough Distribution SUPPORT on
  hand when you come pick up your bundles.</li><li>The time slots begin at 
 9:30. We will text you to let you know that the materials have been delive
 red to the Library and are ready for pick up. You will have until 4 pm to 
 come pick up your materials.</li><li>The time slots are only for Thursday,
  October 8 since picking up materials is the critical first step.</li><li>
 We believe a team of 2 people for each of the 9 sectors of the county will
  make this process go smoothly.</li></ul><p>If you would prefer to be a Di

 >&nbsp;</p><p>Pick up your bundle(s):</p><ul><li>Thursday, October 8, at t
 he Oak Lawn Library, 4100 Cedar Springs Road, Dallas, TX 75219. We are usi
 ng the same pick-up location and process we used for the last tthree elect
 ions.</li><li>After 4pm on October 8 all material will be moved to the Lea
 gue office at BIll J Priest. If you missed the October 8 pick up, bundle p
 ick-up will be by appointment at our office location, Room 109, Bill J. Pr
 iest Center - Dallas College, 1402 Corinth Street, Dallas, TX 75215 .&nbsp
 ;&nbsp;Please call/text Diane Tasian, 214 850-7054, to arrange a time to m
 eet at our office.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Check out process:</p><ul>
 <li>When you come to pick up guides and bookmarks, you will be able to sel
 ect your delivery area(s). The cover sheets for each drop-off location wil
 l be sorted into 9 sectors. Cover sheets will include the drop-off address
  and any contact info we have.&nbsp;</li><li>You will hand your selection 
 to support volunteers who will put your bundles together. They will direct
  you to the waiting area where we will have water, coffee and snacks. They
  will gather your selections and when your bundles are ready will accompan
 y you to the check-out table. At the check-out table your cover sheet(s) a
 nd the bundles will be verified.</li><li>Then we will help you load everyt
 hing into your vehicle.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Deliveries:</p><ul><l
 i>You choose when to make your deliveries.&nbsp;</li><li>We are hoping to 
 complete deliveries by Friday, October 16, so voters have this information
  in time for Early Voting. Ballot by Mail voters will have already receive
 d their ballots and may want to visit their neighborhood library to read t
 he Voters Guide.&nbsp;They can also access Vote411 which will be active.&n
